DETERMINING THE NEEDS

It is the phase when the needed positions are analyzed in detail for our clients by our project managers in cooperation with the Department of Human Resources. The most important factors of this phase are the job definition of the position, personal and occupational competence of the applicant and determining the expectations of the corporation.

SEARCHING ABOUT APPLICANTS

Our Human Resources Experts who have sectoral expertise linked with our project managers make strategy determining studies in order to reach the entire applicant in specified profile. As a result of the assessments, the applicants are determined.

PROCESS OF INTERVIEW

The applicants are assessed for their sufficiency for expected main qualities and job definition by having a telephone interview with potential applicants. With the applicants who are considered sufficient, one-to-one interview takes place. In this phase, out Human Resources Experts apply tests to the applicants besides the interview in order to reveal occupational and personal competences of the applicants.

REPORTING AND APPLICANT PRESENTATION
